When the patients hope to visit our hospital, or he is going to admit or discharge the hospital, the patients tend to have some questions. On the occasion, we will respond these questions and/or coordination between other hospitals, including private clinic.
For outpatients, we will manage consulting appointment of the patient from the other clinic, and dispatch our reply to the consulted doctor with thanks. For inpatients, we will look for the next other hospital to continue medical care or treatment of the patient and negotiate with an acceptance of our patient to the corresponding hospital. When the patient is willing to continue his care or treatment in his house, we will discuss about his following therapy with patient himself, his family, his doctor, visiting nursing staff of the private enterprise and civil servant of social welfare. To establish these medical services smoothly, we will have cloth contacts with the surrounding clinic, care house, hospital and the medical society of the physician of neighbor city.
