Gynecologic Oncology
Our gynecologic oncology program provides comprehensive care including diagnosis, treatment and ongoing support to patients with gynecologic malignancies such as cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer, and focused on provided the highest quality of individualized care to patients. We offer the combined modality therapy using surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy to improve the outcome of treatment for advanced gynecologic cancer patients.
Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility
We provide comprehensive care for a wide range of reproductive problems including infertility, hormonal disorders, menstrual disorder, endometriosis, and uterine anomaly. We offer a broad range of evaluation and treatment options for infertility caused by either male or female factors. These services range from simple hormonal therapy to procedures such as laparoscopy and hysteroscopy to intrauterine inseminations and in vitro fertilization ? embryo transfer (IVF-ET) services.
Perinatal Medicine
We provide advanced medical care related to the management of high-risk pregnancies and medical complications during pregnancies such as premature rupture of membranes, premature labor, intrauterine growth restriction, pregnancy-induced hypertension, diabetes and multiple pregnancies, in addition to general care to normal pregnancy and delivery. Mother-fetus Intensive Care Unit (MFICU), which has 6 beds was established in 2010, and our center was approved by Japan’s Ministry of Health as a General Perinatal Care Center in Yamaguchi prefecture. We work to provide advanced medical care in perinatal medicine not only as a regional center but also as a core center of Yamaguchi prefecture.
